About Andrew

I was born and raised in Russia, but because of the war, I had to make the difficult choice to leave my homeland and come to America. Moving to a new country completely transformed my perspective on communication. I quickly learned that my native fluency, combined with my 10+ years of professional teaching experience, wasn’t just a career—it was a wonderful talent and a valuable skill meant to be shared. I deeply believe that learning other languages is one of the best things a person can do because it breaks down barriers and builds true human connection. Today, I want to use my gift to help as many people as possible in the Greater Portland area discover the beauty of the Russian language, culture, and real-world fluency.

A comfortable, focused environment allows us to focus 100% on your conversational practice, grammar, and pronunciation.2. Online Lessons: Prefer to learn from the comfort of your own home or office? I host fully interactive online sessions over Zoom, Google Meet, or whichever video platform you prefer.3. Hybrid Option: The best of both worlds. We can primarily meet in person at my house, with the total freedom to shift to an online lesson if the Maine weather gets bad or your schedule gets too busy.
